Today (30th April) the St Ronan's Wells Support Group SCIO submitted a formal request for an asset transfer of The Wells. We have been working hard for this moment during the past seven months. At this point SBC cannot dispose of the property while they evaluate our request. They have to give us a decision within 6 months.
